A restorative sound bath, weaving together spoken story and reflection
Details:
This sacred sound session is open to all; you do not need to be pregnant or a new mother to attend. The rich, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls will be used to create a calm and deeply restful atmosphere. The sound is gently woven together with storytelling and guided moments for setting intention. You will be invited to pause, reflect, and connect with whatever feels present for you at this time in your life. No previous experience of sound baths or meditation is needed. You are welcome to come exactly as you are.

Cancellation Policy
For retreats, sound baths, Mothers' Circles, birth preparation workshops, and 1:1 sessions, clients may cancel their booking up to 7 days before the start of their session(s). If expenses have already been incurred by us (e.g. venue hire or teaching resources specifically for your session), these costs will be deducted from any refund amount.
