POSTNATAL COMMUNITY GATHERINGS

MOTHERS' CIRCLE

Early motherhood can be as challenging as it is joyful.

Having a community of peers can make all the difference. The Mothers’ Circle is a chance to share triumphs and challenges, ask questions, or just listen and nod along. Many lasting friendships begin here!

MOTHERS' CIRCLE

Our Mothers’ Circle is a welcoming space for new mothers (and your babies!) to gather, connect, and share the journey of early motherhood.

Whether you want to meet new mum friends, swap experiences, or simply enjoy the company of others who ‘get it’, our circles offer a sense of belonging and support.

No formal agenda – sometimes we chat over tea, sometimes we might share birth stories or have a short mindfulness exercise, but mostly it’s about conversation and connection. Light refreshments (tea, coffee, snacks) are provided.

All new mums and your babies are welcome. Babies (and their noises) are absolutely expected!

Older siblings can come along if needed (though note we don’t have a crèche, so you’ll need to keep an eye on them).

Pregnant mums-to-be are also invited to join – it’s a lovely way to start building your support network even before baby arrives. If you joined us for prenatal yoga or hypnobirthing, this is the perfect chance to reconnect with your cohort and meet each other’s babies.
