Digital products (such as affirmation cards) are delivered instantly via email and do not incur any shipping fees.

All digital downloads are non-refundable. Once purchased, you will receive immediate access to your files via email.

Physical Products - Delivery Policy

​

All physical items are shipped within the UK only.

Postage and packaging are charged at £1.99 for the first item, plus £1.00 for each additional item in the same order.

For example, if you purchase two items, your total postage cost will be £2.99.

You can also choose free collection from:
Harry Rice Hall, 72–74 Hargrave Park, London, N19 5JN.

 

Simply select the collection option at checkout, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient collection time.

Physical Products - Returns Policy

​

If you are not happy with your physical item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Please email us at hello@sankofabirth.co.uk to arrange this.

​

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

The cost of tracked return delivery is the customer’s responsibility unless we have made an error with the item sent.

A refund for the item (excluding the original postage cost) will be issued once the returned item has been received and checked.
