Our Mother & Baby Sound Baths are a chance for mums with their new babies, or for new mums alone, to pause and nurture themselves.

Guided by the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, the session invites you to slow down, unwind, and feel supported in the company of other mothers.

MOTHER & BABY
SOUND BATH

Suitable for new mothers with their babies, or for mothers attending alone, these sound baths are designed to leave you feeling calm, grounded, and restored.

You’ll be guided on a gentle sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments, followed by time to connect over tea and conversation with other mothers. Mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided tfor yyour comfort.

As well as sound healing,  this session is also an opportunity to meet and share with other new mothers in a warm, welcoming space.
