Our YogaBirth Classes Have a New Home at Moon

As we settle into 2026, we’re delighted to share that from February, our weekly YogaBirth classes will have a beautiful new home at Moon Women's Health in NW5. Many of you will already know Moon as the space where our popular pregnancy retreats and workshops have been held, so this feels like a natural next step.
Moon is a light-filled sanctuary and a true community hub. With its living plant wall, mosaic mirror, and thoughtful art by local independent artists, the studio offers a calm, welcoming setting to slow down, breathe, and land in your body. The space is fully equipped with yoga props, so you can arrive as you are and feel supported.
Moon Women's Health is just 8 minutes walk from Tufnell Park tube or 10 minutes from Gospel Oak overground
Our weekly YogaBirth classes offer more than just yoga. Each session weaves together strengthening, birth-focused movement, practical birth education at the start of every class, and space to connect with other pregnant women. We always close with a deep relaxation, giving your nervous system time to soften and your body time to rest. This blend of movement, learning, community, and rest creates a steady routine of support through pregnancy.

Ongoing weekly sessions from then on: Thursdays, 7.15 to 9.15 pm

This year also brings some lovely additions to our offerings, including healing sound baths, the return of group hypnobirthing classes, and pregnancy relaxation retreats throughout the year. You can find full details of all services on the website under the 'offerings' menu.

Whether you come for the movement, the learning, the sense of community, or the deep rest at the end of each session, our intention is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, informed, and connected to yourself and your baby. Each class provides a reminder that you already carry the wisdom you need for this journey of pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
